📋General Promotion Rules

From time to time, BubbleBay runs limited‑time sales, discount codes, and bundle offers. By participating in any promotion, you agree to these Sale Terms & Conditions, which supplement our general Terms of Service. All promotional prices are displayed in British pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Promotions are valid only during the advertised period, while stocks last.
• We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any offer without prior notice.
• Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases or pending orders.
• Minimum spend thresholds refer to the subtotal after any automatic discounts, in £ sterling.

🎟️Discount Codes & Vouchers

Discount codes (e.g., SAVE10) must be entered at checkout to apply. Each code has its own conditions:

• Codes are valid for one use per customer unless stated otherwise.
• Cannot be combined with other discount codes (see stacking rules below).
• Minimum order value, if applicable, is calculated in £. For example, “£5 off orders over £30” means the subtotal must be at least £30 before the discount is applied.
• Codes that offer a fixed amount off (e.g., £10 off) are applied before shipping and taxes.
• Free shipping codes apply to standard delivery within the UK only; express shipping may still incur a charge.

🎁Bundle Deals & Multi‑Buy Offers

“Buy 2 get 1 free”, “3 for £20”, and similar bundle promotions are subject to the following:

• The promotion applies only to qualifying products. Items outside the bundle range are charged at their regular price.
• If a free item is included, the lowest-priced qualifying item will be the free one (unless stated otherwise).
• Bundle discounts are calculated automatically in the cart; no code is needed.
• Returns of bundle items: if you return part of a bundle, the discount may be recalculated. For example, returning one item from a “3 for £30” deal may mean the remaining two items revert to their individual prices, and your refund will reflect that difference in £.

⚠️Bundle offers are final sale only when the entire bundle is returned in resalable condition. Partial returns may affect the discount value.

💰Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on sale shortly after your order, we may offer a one‑time price adjustment under these conditions:

• The item must have been purchased at full price within 7 days before the sale start date.
• The exact same product, size, and colour must still be in stock at the sale price.
• Adjustments are issued as store credit in £ (or a refund to your original payment method at our discretion).
• To request a price adjustment, email support@bubblebay.shop with your order number and the details of the sale.

Flash sales, clearance items, and orders placed with a discount code are not eligible for price adjustments.

📌Stacking of Offers

We want to keep things fair. Here’s how combining promotions works:

🚫Exclusions

The following are typically excluded from sales and promotions unless explicitly stated:

• Gift cards and e‑vouchers (value denoted in £).
• Shipping charges (unless a free shipping promotion applies).
• Items already marked as “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, or “Last Chance”.
• Limited‑edition collaborations or pre‑order items.
• Bulk/wholesale purchases (orders over £500 may have separate terms).

♻️Returns & Refunds During Sales

Our standard 30‑day return policy still applies, but please note:

• Refunds for sale items are for the price actually paid in £, not the original retail price.
• If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted amount. For example, a £20 item bought with a 20% off code (£16 paid) will be refunded at £16.
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑returnable” cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

💷Currency & Pricing

All prices on BubbleBay.shop are displayed and charged in British pounds sterling (£). Promotional discounts are calculated in £ and rounded to the nearest penny. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider may apply additional currency conversion fees. The amount shown in £ at checkout is the final amount we charge.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed. If a genuine error is discovered, we will contact you at the email provided and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund in £.
