At BubbleBay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange — subject to the conditions outlined below.

✅Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Timeframe: Return request submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt must be provided.
- Hygiene Products: For health & safety reasons, certain items (e.g., opened bath bombs, used soap bars, unsealed skincare) are not eligible unless they arrived damaged or defective.
⚠️Important: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive faulty.
📦How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

- 2Receive AuthorizationOur team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
- 3Pack & ShipSecurely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RA number inside the package and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- 4Refund ProcessedOnce we receive and inspect the return (typically 3–5 business days after arrival), your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize — and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

- Include clear photos of the damaged/defective item and the packaging.
- We will offer a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.
- Return shipping for damaged/incorrect items is always covered by BubbleBay.

🔄Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or variant? We offer exchanges on most items. The fastest way to exchange is:
- Initiate a return for the original item by emailing support@bubblebay.shop.
- Place a new order for the desired item right away — so it ships immediately.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the original purchase in full.
This ensures you get your replacement quickly without waiting for the return to be processed first.

For customer-responsible returns, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service — BubbleBay is not liable for packages lost in transit back to us.
✋Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full, immediate refund. After 2 hours, the order may have already entered processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
To request a cancellation, email support@bubblebay.shop with the subject line “CANCELLATION – Order #[Your Order Number]” as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
