📋Our Returns & Exchange Promise

At BubbleBay, we stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All refunds are processed in British pounds sterling (£) to the original payment method.

✅Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Condition: Unused, undamaged, and in the original sealed packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Timeframe: Return request submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or confirmation email must be provided.
  • Hygiene-Sensitive Products: For health & safety reasons, opened bath bombs, used soap bars, unsealed skincare items, and similar personal-care products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

⚠️Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

📦How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to send something back to us:

  2. 2Receive Return AuthorizationOur team will review your request within1–2 business daysand reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and clear return instructions, including the return address.
  3. 3Pack & Ship SecurelyRepack the item(s) carefully in the original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the parcel and ship it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using atrackable and insuredshipping service.
  4. 4Inspection & RefundOnce we receive and inspect the return (usually within3–5 business daysof arrival), your refund will be issued inBritish pounds (£)to your original payment method.

🔄How to Exchange an Item

Want a different size, colour, or variant? Exchanging is easy. The fastest way to get your new item is:

  1. 1Email Us to InitiateContact support@bubblebay.shop with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange, including the desired replacement details.
  2. 2Place a New Order (Recommended)For the fastest service, place a new order for the replacement item on our website straight away — it’ll ship immediately. Then return the original item following our standard return process.
  3. 3Receive Your RefundOnce we receive and approve your returned original item, we’ll refund the full purchase price inBritish pounds (£)to your original payment method.

💚Why this way? Placing a new order means you get your replacement as quickly as possible — no waiting for the return to travel back and be processed first. The refund for the original item follows separately once we receive it.

If you’d prefer a direct exchange (where we ship the replacement after receiving your return), just let us know in your email — we’re happy to accommodate either method.

📮Important: For customer-paid returns, we recommend using a tracked and insured service. BubbleBay cannot accept liability for returned parcels lost in transit before reaching us.

🛡️Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologise — and we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Here’s what to do:

  • Email support@bubblebay.shop within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged/defective item(s) and the outer packaging.
  • Tell us whether you’d prefer a full refund in £ or a free replacement shipped at our expense.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label (UK addresses) or cover the return postage cost in full.

✋Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund in British pounds (£) within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, the order may have already entered processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed — though we’ll always do our best.

To request a cancellation, email support@bubblebay.shop as soon as possible with the subject line: “CANCELLATION – Order #[Your Order Number]”.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the standard returns process upon delivery. We’ll refund the item price in full once the return is received and inspected.
