We offer several shipping options to get your bubbles to you exactly when you need them.

We keep shipping simple and transparent. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen speed.

  • Standard Shipping — starts at ÂŁ4.99 (free on orders over ÂŁ45)
  • Express Shipping — flat rate ÂŁ12.99
  • Overnight Shipping — flat rate ÂŁ24.99
  • International Shipping — calculated at checkout (duties & taxes may apply)

⏳Order Processing Time

We begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed. Most in-stock items are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Cutoff time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
  • Peak seasons: During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.
  • Pre-orders/Backorders: Estimated ship dates are noted on the product page; you’ll be notified if anything changes.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with tracking details included.

🔍Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves our facility, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to the address associated with your order. This email includes a tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

  • You can also track your order anytime by logging into your BubbleBay account (if created) or using the tracking link provided.
  • If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us with your order number and we’ll resend it.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

🌍International Shipping

BubbleBay ships to many countries worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

  • Delivery window: Typically 7–18 business days, but can be longer for remote regions.
  • Customs & Duties: All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Customs delays: We cannot control or predict customs clearance times; occasionally packages may be held for inspection.

⚠️Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While the vast majority of orders arrive without issue, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

  • Lost/Missing package: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, first check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing, contact us within 5 days.
  • Severe delay: If your package hasn’t moved in 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), let us know and we’ll investigate.
  • Damaged upon arrival: Please email clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to support@bubblebay.shop within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, but we always strive for a fair and speedy resolution.

🏠Change of Address & Order Modifications

We process orders quickly, but if you need to update your shipping address or modify an order, please email us immediately at support@bubblebay.shop with your order number and the requested change.

  • Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Once tracking is generated, we’re unable to reroute.
  • Combining orders or adding items to an existing order isn’t possible after checkout — you may place a new order and request cancellation of the previous one if it hasn’t shipped.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you for re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
