- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
- If we are experiencing high order volume or stock delays, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Freight Delivery for large aquariums and bulky items.
The available methods will be displayed during checkout based on your location and product type.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected items or order totals.
4. Delivery Times

- Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control (such as weather delays, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions).
5. International Shipping
Currently, BubbleBay ships within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international destinations in the future.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@bubblebay.shop with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Delivery Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the nature of our products.
- Large aquariums or oversized items may require scheduled delivery via freight services. Customers will be contacted in advance to arrange delivery times.
9. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, additional fees may apply for reshipping.
