If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
- Certain items, such as custom-made aquariums or clearance products, may be non-returnable.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at support@bubblebay.shop to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a BubbleBay error (wrong or defective item).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing replacements or refunds.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Apple Pay, CashApp, PayPal, or Zelle) within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.
- For a different product or model, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used aquarium equipment, filters, or accessories.
- Perishable or consumable aquarium supplies.
- Custom or special-order products.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider first.
